Freecash Withdrawal Not Working: My $20 Is Stuck
I have been unable to withdraw the $20 balance in my Freecash account since the 19th. Whenever I open the withdrawal section, the screen remains stuck on the loading icon and nothing progresses. I cannot complete my withdrawal request.
The app requires me to verify my identity. On the Veriff screen, I reach the “Verify your identity” step, but when I click “Let’s get started,” I am asked to grant camera and microphone permissions. I am then instructed to copy a link and continue through Chrome. Even after following these steps, the process does not complete. After a while, Veriff displays a timeout message saying, “This seems to be taking a while. For your security, sessions are limited to 10 minutes,” along with a “Start over” button. I have restarted the process many times, but because the identity verification step never finishes, I cannot complete my withdrawal.
I have also contacted the support team through the app, but they have not been able to help me. Each time, they ask the same questions and prolong the process, yet the issue remains unresolved and I still cannot withdraw my money.
I request that the $20 balance in my account be paid to me without further problems or delay and that the technical issues affecting the identity verification and withdrawal screens be permanently fixed.

Every time I try to withdraw, the identity verification page keeps reopening; I also grant camera and microphone permissions, but the system neither gives a warning nor approves the transaction. As a result, I cannot transfer the money I have earned for a long time into my account.
Even though I asked the Freecash support team for help, no solution was offered regarding the issue, and my hardship continues. I request that my identity verification and withdrawal problem be investigated and resolved promptly, and that the $20 in my account be paid to me.
