Freecash Account Banned For Fake ID Claim

I had been using Freecash to complete offers and requested a payout via PayPal US, but about three weeks ago my account was suddenly banned with the claim that I submitted fake identification documents. This accusation is not true, and my documents were genuine, so I was very surprised and upset to see my account blocked and my payout withheld. My Freecash user information is associated with the ID 79517***. After the ban, I contacted Freecash support multiple times to clarify the situation and ask for a proper review of my documents and account activity. Instead of a clear explanation or a real investigation, I feel I was given the runaround, and after a while my messages started to be completely ignored, even though my funds are still locked on the platform. I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed, unbanned, and that the money I legitimately earned be paid out to my PayPal US account. I expect this issue to be handled transparently and fairly, and I would like a clear response and resolution as soon as possible.
