Freecash Took My Rewards Away And 's Not Helping At All


I have been using Freecash for about a month and recently completed the Dice Dreams offer through the Freecash website. I spent days and many hours playing the game legitimately, without using any cheats or unfair methods. During this period, I accumulated a total of 449 PLN, which I expected to receive normally. However, because I accidentally accessed the Freecash page on my company laptop while my VPN was still enabled, my payments were first suspended and then marked as chargebacks. I did not intend to break any rules and simply forgot that the VPN was active. All my activity on the offer was genuine, and my daily activity and progress are visible as backup on the Freecash webpage. I contacted Freecash support and received the response that, based on reports from their providers about potential irregularities, my cashouts were restricted to protect the integrity of the platform. I find this unfair because my only mistake was having the VPN enabled, and I did complete the Dice Dreams requirements honestly. I kindly request that my account be reviewed again, that the 449 PLN balance be restored, and that the restrictions on my cashouts be lifted. I would like Freecash to acknowledge that I was not cheating and to consider the evidence of my daily activity and time spent on the game.
I completed the Dice Dreams offer on Freecash and earned 449 PLN, but my account was restricted while my VPN was on. I received a response from support, but they stated that they would not pay the money, and there seems to be no hope that the issue will be resolved. This situation has been extremely disappointing for me. I could not get any proper help, and I have completely lost trust in this platform. I do not want anyone else to waste their time here.
