Freecash KYC Failed After Previous Verification

I have been using freecash.com and had already passed KYC verification on my account in the past. On 08/23/2026, when I tried to make a withdrawal, the platform requested that I reverify my account, even though it had been previously verified. After submitting my documents again, they informed me that I did not pass KYC, without giving any clear reason or explanation. As a result, my withdrawal was blocked and I currently have 632.10 USD stuck in my freecash.com account. This money was earned through tasks and offers that I completed, and I also spent my own money out of pocket in order to reach those milestones. I contacted freecash.com support about this situation, but they simply told me that my identity verification was reviewed and that the decision is final, without providing a concrete reason or any solution. My account remains blocked for withdrawal and I still do not know why my KYC suddenly failed after being verified before. I request that my account and documents be reviewed properly once again, that my KYC be accepted if there is no legitimate reason to reject it, and that my full balance of 632.10 USD be released and paid to me. If there is any specific issue with my documents, I also expect a clear explanation so I can correct it instead of being left without access to my earnings.
