Recover Free Fire Account After Unauthorized Email Change

I am a Free Fire player from India and my game account was hacked last year through the email binding. After the hack, both my nickname and the email ID linked to the account were changed without my permission, and I lost access to my original account. My original player ID is 1712614945. The current nickname that appears on the hacked account is “GEYAN_BOY_”, as seen in the attached screenshot. I did not authorize any change of email or transfer of ownership for this account. I contacted Free Fire support about this situation, but they only told me to contact my local customer service and did not provide any real solution, so I still cannot access or recover my account. I request that my Free Fire account be recovered and returned to me, with the unauthorized email and nickname changes reversed, or that another appropriate solution be provided so I can safely use my account again.
