Hacked Free Fire Account

I am writing regarding my Free Fire account, which was hacked and became inaccessible on 27 September 2023. My account was linked to Facebook, and after the hacking incident I completely lost access to it. My in‑game profile name was “ICU RED DOT” and my UID is 2234699658. In the older screenshot I have, the account was at level 52, but it is now at level 59, which shows how much time and effort I invested in this account before it was hacked. I have a screenshot of an email showing that the password was reset using the phone number +91 7339351***, from Chennai, India, on a Y56 5G Android device on the same date, which clearly indicates that someone else took control of the account. Since then I have been unable to log in and use my account. I contacted both Free Fire and Facebook support about this issue, but I have not received any real help or a solution so far, and my access is still blocked. As a result of this complaint, I request that my hacked Free Fire account be recovered and returned to me, or that all items and progress from that account be transferred to a new account created by me. I kindly ask for my situation to be reviewed carefully and for my in‑game rights and progress to be restored.
