Free Fire Rank Not Showing After Reaching Global

I play Free Fire on the Europe server using my Facebook-linked account. After putting in days of effort and reaching Global rank, I noticed that my rank is no longer being displayed in the game, and I suspect that my account may have been blacklisted. I realized this today, but I do not know the exact date when my account was placed on the blacklist.

I contacted the in-game support team, but so far I have not received any response. I have been grinding for days to increase my rank, and this uncertainty is causing serious frustration because I feel that all my effort may have been wasted.
