I Face Rank Progress Not Counting in Free Fire Account After Ban Ended

I want to report an issue with my Free Fire account (ID: 3036996224) that started about a week ago. In Bermuda Ranked and EC Ranked modes, I unknowingly played with a teammate using a panel, and as a result, I received a two-day ban. After the suspension period ended, I was able to log back into the game without problems.

However, now I am facing a serious issue with my rank progress. Even though I reached Grandmaster in both EC and 1v1 Ranked modes, the system is not recognizing my achievement. My rank progression is stuck and not moving forward at all. This situation has greatly reduced the enjoyment I get from the game and has lowered my motivation to continue playing.

I want to emphasize that my account does not contain any payments or purchased content. I am requesting that this issue be resolved immediately, my rank progression be fixed, and that my grievance be properly addressed. After spending time and effort to climb in ranked modes, it is very discouraging to see my progress not count.
