Free Fire MAX “Failed to Retrieve Version Config: 2” Error on Realme C21Y

I have been unable to play Free Fire MAX on my Realme C21Y device for about two weeks. Every time I open the game, I get an error screen that says “ERROR – Failed to retrieve version config: 2 – Please check your network and try again. If the problem continues, please contact customer service. Retry?”. Because of this error I cannot access the game at all. I have already tried all the basic solutions such as reinstalling the game, switching between Wi‑Fi and mobile data, checking my connection, clearing cache and trying again, but the problem still continues in the same way and I cannot log in. I kindly request that this problem be solved as soon as possible so that I can access the game again without errors.
