First I got banned for 7 days without any reason, and after being unbanned it has been showing the same issue for a month. Please help me fix this. I am not able to play Free Fire Max with friends, I cannot spectate any of them, and matchmaking takes more than 2 minutes. Even when a match starts, about 50% of the time hackers appear. I haven't used any hacks, but my Free Fire Max ID has been banned. During that time, I was enjoying the game when a hacker joined my team, yet my ID still ended up getting banned.
