Free Fire Max Account Has Been Hacked

I am writing because my Free Fire Max game account, which was linked to my Facebook account and used on my Android phone, was taken over and effectively hacked about two months ago. My own friend used my phone, scammed me, and transferred my game ID to another Gmail account, and since then I have lost access to my original game account. In this account I had purchased diamonds and other in‑game items, and I have a payment slip showing the diamond purchase. Despite my attempts to recover the account through the normal recovery options, I have not been able to get it back, and I even closed a previous complaint because it did not lead to a solution. I request that my original Free Fire Max account linked to Facebook be recovered and returned to me, that it be unlinked from the other person’s Gmail, and that all my diamonds and paid items in that account be restored. I also ask that you investigate this unauthorized transfer and, if possible, block or restrict the person currently using my account.
