Free Fire Max Account Hacked - Need Recovery

Hello Garena Support Team, My Free Fire account has been hacked and I can no longer access my game properly. My account is linked only to Facebook, and my Facebook account is still completely under my control, but someone has accessed my Free Fire account and changed the in‑game name. Here are my account details for your verification. My Free Fire UID is 6618308064. My old in‑game name was CAPTAIN~모, and the new name that the hacker changed it to is PRIME❖VOMIX❖. The account was created around July 2022. I previously played on a moto g31 device, and I am currently using a Redmi 12. I have purchased diamonds on this account in the past and I can provide my top‑up receipts as proof if needed. I first noticed that I had lost access and that the in‑game name was changed on 14/11/25. My Facebook login is still safe with me, but the Free Fire account access is not in my control anymore. I have tried to contact Garena/Free Fire support about this issue before, but I did not receive any ticket number or clear response. I kindly request that you verify my ownership using my Facebook link history, device history, purchase history and gameplay data, and restore my Free Fire account linked to UID 6618308064 as soon as possible.
