Free Fire MAX Account Hacked and Garena Support Ignoring Recovery Requests

I am writing as a long‑time Free Fire MAX player whose official account has been hacked, and I am extremely disappointed with the lack of real support so far. I play on Android (OnePlus 12R), and my account with UID 6517195048 and in‑game name ˗͟ＢΞΛＳＴ✿ was originally linked to my Facebook and to my recovery email address ramanji***[email protected]. On 14 May I discovered that my account had been taken over by a hacker. The hacker removed the unlink card, changed or removed my recovery email, and initiated an unauthorized binding change so that my UID is now linked to another account. Because of this unauthorized change, when I log in through the same Facebook that was originally bound to my Free Fire MAX account, a completely new ID opens instead of my real, old account. This clearly shows that my original account was unlinked from my Facebook and moved elsewhere without my permission. I have spent a total of ₹30,929.00 INR on this account, all earned through hard work and invested directly into your game. Now all of that investment and my entire game history are effectively in the hands of a hacker. I have already tried everything on my side to recover the account. I contacted Garena Support multiple times and provided legal and concrete proof of ownership, including transaction information and every detail I was asked for. Despite this, I keep receiving only automated or copy‑paste style replies, without any real investigation or meaningful action, and my problem remains unresolved. It feels as if the system is ignoring a legitimate, paying player while a hacker continues to benefit from my account. I am the real owner of this account and I am ready to provide all proofs again if necessary. I demand that this case be handled by a senior customer service officer or manager with access and authority to resolve database and binding issues. I request that a senior team member immediately cancel any unauthorized binding made by the hacker, secure my UID 6517195048, restore my account and link it back to my Facebook and my recovery email address. I expect a prompt, responsible response from a real person in senior management, not an automated bot. Please prove that Garena truly supports its genuine players by helping me recover full access to my hacked account and all the progress and purchases associated with it.
