ALPHA PRIME Account Restricted Despite Fair Play

I am an ALPHA PRIME user and my account with UID 9785575230 has been restricted with a ban for allegedly “using a modifier”. On 30/09/2026 I started receiving an in‑game error message saying that the team contains a suspicious player under investigation and that the account is banned for using a modifier, so I am unable to join teams and play normally. I have never used any illegal programs, cheats or modifiers on my account and I always play fairly. This ban is damaging my gaming experience even though I have not violated the rules. I have contacted support about this situation but my problem has still not been resolved. I kindly request that my account with UID 9785575230 be checked in detail, that the unfair ban and restrictions be removed, and that I be allowed to play the game again under normal conditions.
