My Free Fire Account Suspended Unfairly - Please Review

To Garena Support Team, My Free Fire account with UID 7956137023 and nickname “Prıme Xit!?.” was permanently suspended on 15/09/2026 for “Using a modifier”. I play on an Android device and I was extremely shocked and disappointed when I saw this decision. I want to clearly state that I have never used any hacks, scripts, config files, modified files or third‑party applications to gain any unfair advantage in the game. I always followed Garena’s Terms of Service and played fairly and honestly. I believe your anti‑hack system has mistakenly flagged my account and this is a false detection. I kindly but firmly request a detailed manual review of my account, including all game logs and activities, especially around the date of suspension. If no real violation is found on my side, I respectfully ask you to lift the ban and fully restore my account so that I can continue playing Free Fire. I hope you will consider my situation fairly and correct this mistake. Thank you for your time and understanding.
