Fortnite Battle Pass Rewards Not Claimable at Level 200

I am writing regarding an issue I am experiencing with my Fortnite Battle Pass. I purchased this season’s Battle Pass last month through Fortnite Crew on my Nintendo console, and my Fortnite account email is chel***@parallel49brewing.com. Despite reaching level 200, I am unable to claim all of the rewards that should be available to me at this level. I have not made any previous support request about this matter, but the situation is very disappointing, as I paid for the Battle Pass with the expectation that all rewards would be accessible as I progressed. My Fortnite account region is set to Canada. I kindly request that all the Battle Pass rewards that I am entitled to at level 200 be granted to my account without further delay, and that any issue or bug affecting my account be fixed so this problem does not repeat in future seasons.
