I Bought Fortnite V-Bucks on Nintendo But Didn’t Receive Them After Payment
I purchased V-Bucks directly using my own Nintendo account, and the payment was immediately processed — I even saw the charge on my bank statement. But the V-Bucks never showed up in my Fortnite account. I didn’t buy them from a third-party platform or through a gift — this was a direct transaction, and still, I received nothing.
At this point, I’m genuinely frustrated and stressed. I feel like I paid for a product and got absolutely nothing in return. I already sent an email to Epic Games support, but I have no idea how long it will take for them to respond — and in the meantime, I’m left with no in-game currency and less money in my account.
I’m asking Epic Games and Nintendo to investigate this transaction immediately, ensure that I receive the V-Bucks I paid for, or issue a full refund if the purchase cannot be fulfilled. Gamers should not be left in the dark after spending real money on digital goods.
