I recently went to an authorized service center to deal with a problem in one of my vehicle's injectors. I was told that they would only be revising one injector. Unfortunately, the service center went ahead and made changes to all four injectors without informing me or seeking my approval. Due to this, three of my injectors that were previously in good condition ended up being damaged and needed to be replaced. This whole ordeal has been very exasperating. I felt inconvenienced by the unexpected expenses caused by the service center's mistakes, and I encountered major challenges in getting the necessary spare parts through official channels. In addition, it has been very difficult to contact the service center for information about my vehicle and pricing. Even when I can successfully make contact, I never receive any follow-up or response. I am very sad with the level of service provided and how this situation has been handled. I have high expectations when it comes to communication, transparency, and accountability from an authorized service center.
