Ford Tourneo Courier Engine, Clutch Noise and Steering Vibration

I purchased a Ford Tourneo Courier and from the very first day I started to experience various problems with the vehicle. There is a constant sound coming from the engine, clutch and trim, and during first take-off the vehicle does not feel normal. In addition, when the vehicle is loaded, the steering wheel and accelerator pedal shake noticeably and this affects both driving comfort and my sense of safety. I took my vehicle to authorized Ford service several times for these problems. However, each time they only gave different excuses, did not carry out a definitive solution, and simply told me to come back again if the problems continued. Since the problems have been present from day one and still continue, I am not satisfied with this approach. I request that my vehicle be examined in detail by a competent technical team, that the source of the engine, clutch, trim sounds and the steering wheel and accelerator vibration be definitively identified, and that the necessary troubleshooting and repairs be carried out under warranty without delay.
