On July 19 at 5:10 AM, we had FlixBus tickets booked through the app for a trip from Lisbon Airport to Porto, but we waited four full hours, and the bus never arrived.
We then went on our own to the Oriente Station and explained our situation to several FlixBus drivers, asking for help. However, none of them were willing to assist us — every single one said, “That’s not our problem.”
After five hours of waiting in total, we had no choice but to purchase new tickets from another company at our own expense to reach our destination.
I request compensation for the financial loss caused by this situation, as the FlixBus never arrived and our original tickets were unusable. I am waiting for a response from the responsible authorities.
