FlixBus Journey Nightmare from Ghent to Amsterdam: Hours of Waiting!
I had to use your bus to travel from Ghent to Amsterdam. Just 10 minutes after departing from Ghent, the luggage door broke, and we had to turn back and wait on the roadside for 2 hours. Then a new bus arrived. We continued with it, but an hour later, the bus broke down, and we were towed to a location where we have been waiting for 2 hours and 15 minutes. We were told that 15 people would be selected to continue with a vehicle. How will you choose 15 out of 50 people? You ruined our whole day, and there is still no solution. No vehicle has been arranged to even address our grievances.
