Flixbus Bus Departed Early from Düsseldorf
Hello, on May 30, 2024, we had two tickets from Düsseldorf to Ghent. The bus, which was scheduled to depart at 16:15, most likely left around 15:30. Despite arriving at the platform at 16:00, we missed the bus, which disrupted all of our travel plans. What bus company leaves without its passengers and departs earlier than scheduled? I have previously traveled with Flixbus while abroad, but this is the first time I have encountered such a problem, and we were unable to find anyone to assist us at the time. We couldn't get to Ghent, and from there we were supposed to travel to Bruges, where we had a hotel reservation. The hotel refused to refund our money. We encountered numerous issues as a result of the bus's early departure. I doubt I will choose this brand for any future trips to Europe, and I would not recommend it to anyone.
