Flibco Coffee Banned on Bus and Unfair Passenger Policy

I used the Flibco airport–city route today and I am extremely dissatisfied with the way your “service” is organised. What you offer cannot be called service when basic, harmless things like drinking a coffee in a closed cup are prohibited. Before boarding, I bought a coffee in a closed cup, planning to drink it quietly on the way. However, the driver told me that drinking coffee and eating food on the bus are not allowed, so I had to throw away my coffee without drinking it. There was no sign inside the bus about such a ban; it was only verbally communicated by the driver. I find this approach unacceptable and see it as an unnecessary and absurd restriction, rather than passenger service. Other companies, such as National Express, allow passengers to drink and eat in a reasonable way, without any problem. Flibco’s policy in this regard feels like an infringement and restriction of passengers’ rights. I request a refund for this trip and, more importantly, I ask you to revise this policy so that passengers can drink and eat simple things like a coffee in a closed cup during the journey. I expect a clear response, an apology for this experience and a concrete change in your service policy.
