I Face Delayed Delivery Issue on Flavel Washing Machine

I purchased a Flavel washing machine from A101 on November 6, 2024, expecting a smooth and timely delivery process. However, despite the product status showing “shipped” on the A101 website for the past 15 days, the washing machine has still not been delivered. I later learned that the delivery was supposed to be handled by Arçelik service.

When I contacted Arçelik customer service, they informed me that they would only deliver the product once it arrived in their system from the shipping company. This vague explanation offers no clarity on when I will actually receive the product I paid for. What’s worse is that the first installment of my payment has already been charged, even though I haven’t received the washing machine yet.

This experience has left me both financially and emotionally frustrated. As a customer, I expected better coordination between A101 and Arçelik. Instead, I am left in the dark with no clear delivery date. This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had.

I request the immediate delivery of my washing machine or a full refund if the product cannot be delivered promptly. Please resolve this delay without further excuses and restore trust in your services.
