If FlareFlow locked episodes after payment,
Fix the issue and unlock content without paying again;
• Restore your purchase;
– Open app → Settings / Account
– Tap “Restore Purchases”
– Refresh your subscription or coins
• Check your account;
– Make sure you’re logged into the correct account
– Try log out → log back in
– Avoid using a different Apple ID / Google account
• Check purchase status;
– Profile → Transactions / History
– Confirm coins or subscription is active
• Restart or reinstall the app;
– Close app completely → reopen
– Or uninstall → reinstall to refresh access
• Check viewing history;
– Previously unlocked episodes may appear there
– Try reopening from history instead of episode list
Gather evidence;
• Collect:
– Payment receipt
– Screenshot of locked episodes
– Transaction ID
Request unlock or refund;
• Contact:
– FlareFlow support
• Write:
– “I paid but episodes are still locked. Please unlock them or refund my payment.”
If the problem remains unresolved after contacting support, consider filing a complaint on Xolvie to raise awareness and pursue a resolution.
