I Spent ₺2,000 on Fixbet Slot Spins and Only Got ₺50 in Total Winnings
I’m very disappointed with my experience on Fixbet. I made five separate purchases of ₺400 each, totaling ₺2,000. In return, I played 75 spins expecting at least some level of fair return. Instead, I received nothing — absolutely no significant wins in any of those 75 rounds.

I have been actively investing and frequently using bonuses on the Fixbet site for a long time. At 02:10, as usual, I selected the 5x challenge bonus, deposited 2,000 TL, and marked the bonus. I saw that the bonus was active after midnight and immediately made my deposit. By the end of the day, I had increased my balance to 11,000 TL. I contacted live support and requested that my balance be adjusted and that the amount I was entitled to for completing the challenge be paid. However, the customer representative stated that I made a normal deposit and could only withdraw 11,000 TL, and that the remaining amount would not be paid. Yet, I am sure that I selected the bonus and acted according to the rules. Moreover, even if I had not selected the bonus, I could have withdrawn when my balance reached 9,000 TL; I took a risk and tried to reach 10,000 TL. The fact that I contacted live support and requested an adjustment is also proof that I used the bonus.
I have never experienced a similar problem before and have invested in Fixbet about 100 times. Currently, I have no money left in my account, and while I should have withdrawn a total of 20,000 TL, I was only able to withdraw 11 TL. From live support, I only received standard and indifferent responses.
I want Fixbet to refund the 9,000 TL that was unfairly deducted from me. My bonus usage and transactions fully comply with the rules. I demand that my grievance be resolved.
