Complaint On Unwanted Firehawk Subscription

I recently discovered that a subscription related to “Google Firehawk” via Google Play has not been cancelled as I intended. On 2 October 2026, an amount of NOK 169 was charged, even though I no longer wish to use or pay for this service. I have not yet contacted Google Play support or the app developer; I noticed the problem only when I saw this latest charge. I can provide the relevant screenshot showing the NOK 169 transaction for Google Firehawk through my bank/PayPal records if needed. I kindly request that this unwanted subscription be cancelled immediately and that the NOK 169 charged on 2 October 2026 be refunded to me. I also ask you to ensure that no further payments are taken from my account without my clear consent.
