QuickTV Unauthorized Google Pay Auto Payments – Refund Request

I am writing again regarding the unwanted QuickTV automatic payments taken through my Google Pay account and to clearly request that my money be refunded to me. On 24 September 2026 I realised that automatic payments for a QuickTV service had been charged via Google Pay, even though I did not want these charges and did not intend to pay for this service. In my Google Pay transaction history there are QuickTV transactions around 24–25 September 2026 for 699 ₹ and 1 ₹, and I have now cancelled the automatic payment so that no further charges are taken. I have not contacted Google Pay or QuickTV support before this, so this complaint is my first formal attempt to resolve the issue. I am clearly and directly requesting that the total amount of 669 ₹ taken for these unwanted QuickTV auto payments be refunded to my account. I also ask you to confirm that the QuickTV subscription and any future automatic payments have been completely cancelled so that this situation does not happen again. Please review my Google Pay transaction history, process the refund of 669 ₹ back to me, and inform me in writing about the result and when I can expect the money to be returned.
