Findandloc Charged Me Without Permission and I Want a Full Refund

I want to file a formal complaint against Findandloc for unauthorized withdrawal from my account. I never approved any payment, and yet money was taken without my knowledge or consent. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a breach of trust.

To make things worse, the service was completely useless—it didn’t provide any value whatsoever. I never agreed to be charged in the first place, and the fact that you accessed my funds without notifying me is outrageous. What kind of company operates like this? You can't just pull money from someone’s account without approval.

I demand an immediate refund of the full amount (₺) that was taken. This is not just a financial issue—it’s a matter of principle. You do not have the right to take my money without consent. I expect a prompt response and full resolution.
