If Finda charged your card twice for a single lookup, you should contact their global support via email at [email protected].
In your message include the date, amount, last 4 digits of the card, the duplicate charges, and request a refund for the extra charge.
If you don’t get a prompt response, you can also dispute the duplicate charge with your bank or card issuer since double billing is typically considered a billing error.
