PDFCHARGE.COM Refund Request For Unrecognized Files Editor Payment
On 10/08/2026, I noticed an unauthorized charge on my GoTyme Bank account in the amount of 2,750 PHP for a service labeled as “Files Editor” by PDFCHARGE.COM. I did not create an account with your service, did not subscribe to any plan and did not receive any prior notification, confirmation email, or consent screen regarding a subscription. I was not even aware of your service until this charge appeared on my statement. After seeing the charge, I contacted the relevant parties and was informed that the transaction is under investigation. Despite this, I still have not received a clear solution or a refund, even though this payment was not authorized by me. I request an immediate and full refund of 2,750 PHP for transaction reference CAR261008041240315172 to my original payment method and the permanent cancellation of any account, subscription or recurring payment that may have been opened in my name. I also ask for written confirmation that the refund has been processed and that no further charges will be made to my card or bank account. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly and without any further delay.
