First, cancel any active Files Editor subscription and contact its support team to request a refund, including the charge date, amount, and statement descriptor.
Files Editor’s terms state that subscriptions may auto-renew and that refunds can be considered in some cases.
If Files Editor does not resolve the issue, contact your card issuer and dispute the transaction as unauthorized or not clearly authorized, providing your cancellation and refund-request records.
Also ask the issuer to block future recurring charges if necessary; similar recent customers have reported using chargebacks after unexpected PDF-BILLING.COM charges.
If none of the above solutions work, please feel free to share your experience. You can also file a complaint on our website.
