Cancel Pdfcharge.com Charges and Refund Unauthorized Payment

Today, 04/08/2026, a charge of 210.000 pesos colombianos appeared on my account under the name “Pdfcharge.com” through my Nequi card. I did not authorize this payment, I have never created an account, trial or any kind of purchase on Pdfcharge.com, and I do not recognize this transaction at all. The reference shown for this operation is S45568965. I request that this unauthorized charge be fully reversed as soon as possible and that my data and card not be used again on this site. I also ask for a written confirmation that the amount has been refunded and that any possible subscription or future charges related to Pdfcharge.com are cancelled and blocked.
