Files Editor Refund And Cancelation Of Any Subscription
I am writing to report an unauthorized charge related to the use of Files Editor and to request a full refund and cancellation of any subscription that may have been created without my clear consent. On 22.06.2026 I used the Files Editor platform because it was advertised as free. When I tried to download my file, the platform informed me that I had to pay to proceed. I agreed to make what was clearly presented as a one-time file download purchase, and at no point did I knowingly accept any free trial or ongoing subscription, nor was it made clear that further recurring charges would be taken. Today I received a notification from my bank in Greece that I had been charged 49,95€. On my bank statement, this transaction appears under the name “PDFBILLIN5734” and was recorded today at 11:44. I did not authorize any recurring payment or subscription, and I feel deceived because I believed I was paying only once for a single file download. I kindly request the immediate cancellation of any subscription or recurring payment linked to my previous one-time purchase and a full refund of the 49,95€ charged without my explicit consent. I also ask for written confirmation that my account will not be charged again in the future. I expect this issue to be reviewed and resolved as soon as possible, as these charges were neither clearly disclosed nor authorized as an ongoing commitment on my part.
