Unauthorized Charge From Files Editor – Request Refund and Cancellation

I am submitting this complaint regarding an unauthorized charge made by Files Editor to my credit card. On 11 July 2026, an amount of 7.49 US dollars was charged to my card under the description PDF-CHARGES.COM. I have never requested, agreed to, or used any subscription or service from this company, and I did not authorize this transaction in any way. After noticing the charge, I contacted my bank, and they informed me that they are going to verify the merchant. However, since I have no relationship with Files Editor, I am directly requesting that this issue be resolved as well. I kindly ask the company to immediately refund the full amount of 7.49 US dollars and to cancel any account or subscription that may have been opened in my name without my consent. I also request written confirmation that no further charges will be made to my card.
