Refund for PDF Charges.com Deduction on My Account

On 4 August 2026 and again on 30 September 2026, my bank card was charged 49.95 USD by PDFCHARGES.COM in connection with the product “PDF X Editor”. I did not knowingly approve or authorize these two identical charges and I only became aware of them when I received an SMS notification from my bank today. I request that the company urgently review these unauthorized transactions, provide a full refund of both 49.95 USD charges, and cancel any subscription or recurring payment that may have been created in my name. I also ask for written confirmation that the subscription has been cancelled and that no further charges will be made to my card.
