Unauthorised Charge From Files Editor, Request Refund And Cancellation
On July 15, 2026, my card was charged 2,750.00 PHP by a company named PDF-BILLING.COM, even though I have never knowingly registered, purchased anything, or taken out any subscription with this site. This is the first time I have ever seen a transaction from PDF-BILLING.COM on my account, and the payment appears as an online transaction on my bank’s “Transaction Details” screen. I did not authorize this payment and I do not recognize any service related to this charge. I request that this unauthorized payment of 2,750.00 PHP be fully refunded immediately and that any possible subscription or recurring payment linked to my card be cancelled at once so that no further charges will be made. I also ask for written confirmation that the refund and cancellation have been processed.
