PDF-support.com Unauthorized Charge On My Card

I used the one‑time PDF conversion tool on Pdf-support.com on 29 August 2026. On the website, I only agreed to a 3‑day subscription for 80 pesos and did not give any consent to a longer or more expensive subscription. Despite this, after three days my card was charged 2,750 pesos on 1 September 2026, as shown in my bank statement from PNB under my name, without any prior notice or clear consent on my side. I did not approve any extension or additional subscription beyond the 3‑day 80‑peso offer. I am requesting a full refund of the 2,750‑peso charge, immediate cancellation of any subscription linked to my details, and permanent removal of my card information from your records so that no further unauthorized charges are made.
