Files Editor Unauthorized Subscription Charge – Refund Requested
On 24.07.2026 I noticed that an amount of P 746.09 with the description “PDF-BILLING.COM” had been charged to my card without my explicit approval. I only used the pdf-billing.com website last week as a one‑time service to convert a picture from PDF to PNG/JPEG and I did not knowingly approve any subscription, recurring membership, or automatic renewal. I did not receive any e‑mail or other notification regarding a subscription, the start of an automatic renewal, or any recurring payment approval, and there was no clear and explicit information or warning about such a commitment presented to me at the time of the transaction. For this reason, I consider this subscription and the related charge to have been initiated without my knowledge and consent. I request that the full amount of P 746.09 charged on 24.07.2026 be refunded to my card and that any records of this unauthorized subscription or recurring payment be permanently cancelled.
