Files Editor Unauthorized Charges – Cancel All Payment Attempts

I am writing regarding repeated unauthorized payment attempts from pdfsupport.com on my bank card. Every day there are attempts to take around $39 (shown as approximately £30.46) from my account by pdfsupport.com without my consent or authorization. Fortunately, all of these transactions have been declined so far only because there have not been sufficient funds available, but this situation is causing me serious concern and stress. I have never signed up for any trial, subscription or service with pdfsupport.com, and I have not given them permission to charge my card. Despite this, the attempts continue on a daily basis and I am worried that one of them may eventually go through or cause further problems with my bank. I request that this situation be investigated, that any existing subscription or payment agreement in my name with pdfsupport.com be cancelled immediately if one has been created without my consent, and that my card details be removed from their systems. I also expect written confirmation that no future charges will be attempted from pdfsupport.com on my account.
