If a shared Figma file disappeared from your workspace;
• Check Drafts, Recent files, and Trash to see if the file was moved or deleted
• Ask the file owner if your access was removed or the file was moved to another team
• Search by file name or URL to confirm it wasn’t renamed
Ask them to;
• Restore your access permissions if they were changed
• Re-share the file or move it back to the correct team/workspace
• Check the file activity/history to see when it was removed
If the problem persists;
• Keep the file link, screenshots, and collaborator details and file a complaint on Xolvie to seek recovery or clarification
