FedEx Shipment Delayed And Stuck In Transit With No Delivery Update

I sent a document from Istanbul to Tunisia via FedEx. The shipment was handed over to FedEx on April 21, but the system shows the delivery date as April 29, and my package still has not been delivered. According to the tracking information, the shipment is currently in France, yet there has been no further progress.
It was very important for this document to reach Tunisia on time, but the extended delivery delay has caused inconvenience. I contacted FedEx customer service, but I did not receive any concrete solution or a clear delivery timeline.
I request an explanation for the delay, that the process be expedited, and that my document be delivered to the recipient address in Tunisia as soon as possible.
