FedEx Scammers Via Instagram Predending Won Cash Prize

I am writing to report and complain about scammers who are using the FedEx name and pretending to work for your UK department and even claiming to be the CEO. They contacted me on WhatsApp saying there was a money giveaway and that I needed to make a payment. This started yesterday at around 10:30 p.m., and they contacted me again this morning. They reached me through WhatsApp after something I did on Instagram, and from there they asked for my personal details. Unfortunately, I did give them my name and address, but I did not share any banking details or payment information. They did not give any tracking number or specific shipment details, they just kept saying they were from FedEx and from a UK department and pushed the money giveaway story. I have not yet contacted FedEx customer service or any official authority about this, so this complaint is my first notification. I am asking FedEx to take this issue seriously, investigate these fake WhatsApp accounts, and do whatever is necessary to stop them from using the FedEx name to scam people. I would also like FedEx to confirm that these messages are not from you and to take steps to warn and protect other customers from similar scams.
