Farmasi Keeps Sending Marketing Texts After I Opted Out
I have been receiving Farmasi promotional text messages three to four times a week. I previously purchased products from the company and shared my phone number for that purpose, but I no longer wish to receive any marketing messages. Despite this, Farmasi continues to send SMS messages even though I do not have an active marketing consent registered for the company in the government-managed consent system.
The messages are being sent to my phone number ending in 14. I have followed Farmasi's opt-out instructions multiple times by texting "Farmasi STOP" to 7889, but the messages have continued despite my repeated requests to unsubscribe. I also contacted Farmasi through its WhatsApp support channel, but I was told that the team only handles memberships and could not assist with marketing text messages, leaving my issue unresolved.
I believe it is unacceptable for Farmasi to continue sending promotional messages after I have clearly withdrawn my consent and repeatedly requested to opt out. I am requesting that Farmasi immediately remove my phone number from all of its marketing databases, permanently stop sending me promotional SMS messages and any other commercial electronic communications, and provide me with written confirmation once this has been completed.
