Unauthorised Billing And Subscription Charges From FamRadar
I live in Mildura, VIC, Australia and I hold an account with Westpac Bank. Although I did not knowingly subscribe to any paid service on Fam Radar, several unauthorised payments have been taken from my account and more attempts keep being made. I only entered my card details once, but I did not confirm or approve any payment or subscription, and I never agreed to any ongoing charges. The first unauthorised charge appeared on my account on 03/03/2026. In total, I have been charged four times over the days that followed within that week, in the amounts of $15.49, $49.99, $1.49, $32.50 and another $15.49, all from the merchant shown as “FamRadar” on my Westpac statement. These transactions and repeated attempts have caused me stress and concern, as money has been taken without my consent. I request that any FamRadar subscription or paid service linked to my card be immediately cancelled, that all of these unauthorised amounts be fully refunded to me, and that no further payments or payment attempts be made from my account by this merchant. I also ask for written confirmation that my subscription has been cancelled and that my details will not be used for any future charges.
