On March 28, 2026, a charge of 12.50 was taken from my Mastercard via PayPal by a merchant called “Famradar.” I do not know this site, I have never intentionally signed up for any service with this name, and I do not recognize this payment at all. My PayPal account is registered with the email address beautiful***[email protected]. I contacted PayPal and my bank about this transaction, but I was told that they could not do anything and that I should reach out to the merchant directly, which is why I am filing this complaint. I am very uncomfortable that money has been taken from my account by a site I do not know or use. I request a full refund of the 12.50 that was charged without my clear consent and I also want this merchant blocked from making any future charges to my card or PayPal account. I expect this situation to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible.
