FamRadar Fraud Charge on My Account

FamRadar Fraud Charge on My Account
April 20 4:24 AM78

I recently discovered a charge of $39.99 from FamRadar on my Chime account dated 04/12/2026. I did not authorize this transaction, and it appears to have been made fraudulently by someone else without my permission. I have been a victim of fraud recently and have already lost approximately $2,700 in total, so this additional unauthorized charge has placed me under serious financial stress. My bank, Chime, reviewed the transaction and advised me to contact FamRadar directly to request a refund, as the charge is not recognized or approved by me. I was unable to find a direct customer service number or clear contact channel for FamRadar, so I am explaining the situation here so it can be investigated properly as an unauthorized transaction. I kindly request a full refund of the $39.99 that was charged without my consent and that any associated FamRadar account or subscription opened with my details or card information without my permission be cancelled and closed. I also ask that you confirm in writing that this charge has been reversed and that no further charges will be made to my card or account without my explicit authorization.
