I am writing regarding a wrong QR code payment made through FamPay for which I am requesting a full refund of the amount. On 12 April 2026 at around 9:16 am, I mistakenly sent 60 Rs using FamPay by scanning a QR code. The payment was sent from the UPI ID 8872626***@fam in the name of Nitish K*** S*** and the money was transferred to Baljit S*** son of Uttam S***. This transfer was done by mistake to the wrong person. After noticing the error, I contacted FamPay customer support many times, but I did not receive any proper support or resolution. The issue is still not resolved and the amount has not been refunded to my account. I kindly request FamPay to urgently look into this wrong transaction and process a full refund of 60 Rs back to my account at the earliest, and also share confirmation once the refund is completed.
