Scammed after sending ₹499 through FamPay — requesting a fraud investigation and refund

I am writing regarding an unauthorized and fraudulent loss of money from my FamPay app wallet. One person came to me and told me that he would double my money. Trusting his words, I sent him 499 rupees from my FamPay wallet. The payment was made through the FamPay app and it shows as a successful transaction of 499 rupees to “Mosmideen MOSMIDEEN” on 14 July 2026. After receiving the money, this person did not return anything, did not double the money as promised, and I effectively lost the full amount. I tried to reach FamPay support regarding this issue, but I have received no response so far. As the transaction was done through the FamPay platform, I am requesting that FamPay review this payment, treat it as a fraud case, and help me by refunding the 499 rupees to my wallet if possible. I kindly ask you to investigate this transaction, take necessary action regarding this account, and provide my refund as soon as you can.
