Please Refund Money

On 7 August 2026, I redeemed a ₹1000 Google Play Store code through the Fampay/FamX wallet. The money was deducted from my FamX wallet and the transaction shows as successful with transaction ID FMPIB6352193432, but I have still not received any redeem code and on my side it keeps only showing “processing”. It has now been 7 days and there is still no usable Google Play code or clear update about the status, even though the payment appears as completed. I tried to reach Fampay customer support but have not received any response. I request that my Google Play redeem code for this ₹1000 transaction be issued immediately or, if this is not possible, that the full amount be refunded back to my FamX wallet without any further delay.
